Welcome to the beginners’ Pilates program at Corsham Physiotherapy. Join our 5-week progressive Pilates program to embark on the first steps towards a stronger core, mobility, and stability.

Your first steps to mastering Pilates

Our 5-week progressive class is tailored specifically for beginners of any age who are keen to try Pilates.  Our program will guide you through the Pilates fundamental exercises.  All mats and equipment are provided.

Why choose our beginners’ program

We will work at a gentle pace going through initial matwork exercises.  Each 55 minute class builds upon the last, ensuring you will have a good understanding of Pilates techniques and principles. With small class sizes, you will receive a good level of attention and guidance, helping you get the most from each class.

What you will learn

In our 5 week beginners Pilates program, you will cover:

  • Essential Pilates principles
  • Core strengthening and stability exercises
  • Full body flexibility and strength exercises
  • Posture improvement exercises
