Private Pilates Sessions

Private sessions for couples, individuals, small groups and friends and family can help you achieve your goals with tailored classes.

You can form your own small groups and co-create the perfect Pilates experience together.  If you have never gone to Pilates before, we can start a beginners program for you.  Perhaps you and your friends are looking for a class to help keep you mobile and have greater balance.

You can book at times that suit you, with no need to attend every week giving you full control and value for money.

How it works

  1. Create your group: Gather a small group of 2-4 friends, family, or co-workers who share an interest in Pilates.
  2. Customise your class: Decide on the time, format and goals of your class. Whether you want to focus on helping low back pain, core strength, want a session that is less intense than ‘regular’ Pilates classes, its all up to you!
  3. Attend your class, and work towards your goals within your group with our friendly Pilates instructor.
