Hi, I’m Ann. I’m an APPI qualified Pilates instructor, and I specialise in safe, effective movement including for people managing injuries or specific conditions.
My classes are calm, friendly and designed to flow, so you can move without feeling like you’re being constantly corrected. I’ll guide you along the way, but also give you the space to understand your own body and build confidence in how you move.
I also offer one-to-one sessions in both matwork and reformer Pilates. These are completely tailored to you, whether you’re working around an injury, or want to focus on specific areas, or just prefer a more individual approach.
Alongside teaching, I’m also the Practice Manager, so I’m closely involved in making sure everything runs smoothly and that every client has a positive experience from start to finish.
Whether you’re new to Pilates or have been doing it for years, my aim is simply to help you feel stronger, move better, and feel more at ease in your body.
